1500t/d to 10000t/d, each parameter of the production line such as the clinker capacity,
quality, heat consumption and power consumption, running rate etc has reached international
advanced level. The third generation air beam reciprocating grate cooler, KS type
high efficiency and low resistance five-stage cyclone preheater and multi-spouting
calciner, double cyclone multi-channel pulverized coal burner, KGP-type clinker
roller crusher, NTC-type cement kiln humidification spray system etc. of this system
passed ministerial level New Product Appraisement and Jiangsu High-Tech Product
Cognizance£¬ and KVM-P series pre-grinding vertical mill has obtained 4 patent authorizations.
In addition, application of 100% petcoke and faulty coal for cement kiln, pure low temperature waste heat generation technology, automatic control technology, concrete-filled tube composite structure etc. have achieved international advanced level.
In recent years, Nanjing Kisen devoted to development of energy saving and emission reduction, especially of CO2. Nanjing Kisen also made researches in of low grade raw materials such as low calcium, high sulfur, high magnesium, high alkali, high chlorine etc for cement production line and the application of industrial waste residue such as carbide slag, iron slag, phosphor slag etc. industrial residues and municipal sludge. As for Zhejiang Hejiashan 2500t/d Cement Production Line, the usage proportion of industrial solid waste residue in cement raw material and fuel, additive material and delay coagulant reached 47%. The project has been awarded the Third Prize of National Excellent Engineering Design in 2006.
