as abbreviation) is an international engineering company affiliated to China
Building Materials Group Corporation which performs its activities as per any
other companies registered at Hong Kong Market. Nanjing Kisen is professionally
engaged in cement plant general contracting, engineering, informationization
and intelligent technical modification, mechanical equipment manufacturing,
electromechanical equipment installation, cement kiln co-processing garbage and
sludge, and other business. KISEN was established in 2001 with the registered
capital of 100 million yuan. KISEN has more than 500 staff.
Nanjing Kisen owns National Class-A Engineering
Certificate and Qualification Certificate of Overseas Project Contracting, and
has passed authentication of Quality Management System, Environmental
Management system, Occupation Health Safety Management System and Cognizance of
High-tech Enterprise. And it is an AAA credit enterprise appraised by China Chamber
of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electric Products.
Nanjing Kisen has always implemented the
purposes of “Super Valued Service, Benefit for Customer". Up to now, Kisen
has completed more than 200 new dry process cement production line projects, of
which, 70% of them have capacity at least 5000t/d. There are more than 40 EPC
projects. CUCC Tai’an Co., Ltd. low energy consumption and intelligent cement demonstration
production line has applied the intelligent technology of cement industry
independently developed by Nanjing Kisen, mainly presents characteristics of
numerical control of mining, non-homogenization of raw material processing,
non-ball for material grinding, non-chrome for refractory material, intelligent
production control, information-based production management, unmanned
production site and visible production process. In 2015, the project was
selected into the first 46 pilot demonstration projects of intelligent
manufacturing by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. CUCC
Xuzhou phase 2 10000t/d of cement clinker production line project is the first
one in such scale with independent intellectual property rights in China, core
technology and equipment of the firing system are independently developed by
the Nanjing Kisen and indicators of system is leading domestic level and
reaches international advanced level. In addition, Nanjing Kisen has completed
more than 200 waste heat power generation projects and more than 100
electromechanical equipment installation projects.
Nanjing Kisen has long-term commitment to industry prospective technology and energy saving and emission reduction technology and equipment research and development. Cement kiln using 100% petroleum coke and coal as fuel, the technology of pure low temperature waste heat power generation, the automatic control technology and concrete filled steel tube composite structure technology have reached the international advanced level. The 4th generation grate cooler, preheater, pulverized coal burner, rotary kiln, cement pre-grinding mill, limestone crusher, clinker crusher, clay crusher, material roller press, stacker and reclaimer etc., have reached the domestic advanced level. The staged combustion + SNCR flue gas denitration technology, cement kiln co-processing waste and sludge technology independently developed by Nanjing Kisen has been successfully put into use in a number of production lines. Up to now, Kisen has obtained nearly 200 patents and utility model patents; a number of products has passed ministerial-level identification and affirmed to be high-tech products in Jiangsu province. Kisen won a national outstanding engineering design award, a national outstanding engineering consulting achievements award and nearly 100 provincial awards.

in cement technology applied in Luojiang Lisen project; manganese slag
desulfurization technology applied in Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Industry project,
this technology is the world’s first and has been successfully put into
operation; hazardous waste disposal and construction waste disposal technology
applied in Jiangsu Jinfeng cement project. Up to now, Kisen has obtained nearly
200 patents and utility model patents; 20 computer software copyrights, and
participated in the preparation of more than 20 national standards. The company
has won many of national excellent EPC, engineering design, engineering
consulting awards, more than 130 provincial and ministerial awards, including
nearly 60 first prizes.
