Nanjing Kisen is devoted to new dry process cement production technology and equipment development, improvement and application. The cement sintering system developed by us can be used for varies cement production lines with capacities range from 1500t/d to 10000t/d, and all technical parameters have reached international advanced level. The third generation air beam reciprocating grate cooler, KS type high efficiency and low resistance five-stage cyclone preheater and multi-spouting calciner, double cyclone multi-channel pulverized coal burner, KGP-type clinker roller crusher, NTC-type cement kiln humidification spray system etc. of this system passed ministerial level New Product Appraisement and Jiangsu High-Tech Product Cognizance. In order to meet the requirement of varies fuels (bituminite, anthracite, inferior coal, petrol coke, heavy oil, high sulfur fuel etc), we developed KSW spout swirl calciner, KDS duel spout calciner, KPC calciner with precombustion chamber and KFC fluid-bed calciner. And those calciners were successfully put into use in over 100 production lines with each capacities more than 2500t/d.
Depending on its strong research capability and based on Shanghai Xinjian Heavy Machinary Co., Ltd., a famous equipment manufactory for cement industry, Nanjing Kisen manufactures rotary kiln, stacker and reclaimer, limestone crusher, cooler, tube mill, vertical mill etc. which are used for cement plant with capacity range from 2500t/d to 10000t/d.
Up to now, Nanjing Kisen has formed a collective platform of large-size cement equipment industry, which consists of design, manufacturing, erection, service. The technology in which petrol coke and anthracite are used as fuel in cement plant, pure low temperature waste heat generation technology, auto-control technology, concrete-filled steel tube technology etc. have reached international level. Manufacturing skills for burning system equipment, cement vertical mill, limestone crusher, stacker and reclaimer, rotary kiln which are used in cement plant with capacity of 10000 t/d are hitting domestic advanced level.
